EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Each year the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Educational Foundation (FRLAEF) hosts the annual ProStart Culinary Team Competitions where teams of students from Culinary Arts programs from the state of Florida compete in culinary related competitions. This year, Leto High School won first place out of 44 teams in the Gourmet Meal Competition. Leto High School will represent Florida in the National ProStart Invitational held in April in Baltimore, Maryland. Leto High School Culinary student Guillermo Quezada, was honored as the Top ProStart Chef and will be featured on Emeril’s Live television show. | |
