Recognition of the 2013 District Spanish Spelling Bee Competition Winners (Middle School Education-Curriculum and Instruction Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Students studying a world language competed in a district competition at Roland Park Middle Magnet School, May 8, 2013.
The importance and advantages of learning a world language are continuing to increase day to day. Apart from being able to converse with people in their own language, it also teaches tolerance, understanding, and cultural awareness. Learning a world language opens the door to other cultures and helps students become more competitive in the global market. We would like to recognize the students who placed 1st in the District Spanish Spelling Bee Competition 2013. |
