| Approve Award of Contract for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation and Walkway Canopy Replacement at Trapnell Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for renovation of the HVAC system and replacement of the walkway canopies at Trapnell Elementary School. On December 11, 2012 the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects, Inc. to provide design services. The scope of work provides for renovation of the HVAC system, including a new energy management system; replacement of the walkway canopies; relocation of electrical and low voltage conduits from the existing canopies to below ground; new data wiring; and new ceilings and lights. |
