Approve Disciplinary Action (Instructional Support)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective May 22, 2013.  This employee is entitled to due process, which affords him the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action. 

  • Christopher P. Robinson, Student Nutrition Manager – Plant High School:  Termination of Employment.  During the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 school years, while working as the Student Nutrition Manager at both Carrollwood Elementary School and Plant High School, falsely reported an inflated number of meals served.  Because of his actions, a district audit determined Hillsborough County Public Schools was required to reimburse the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
