Approve the State Mandated Performance Based Salary Increase Plan (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Specific Appropriation 87, Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) provided for salary increases, including related benefits for FICA and FRS, for school district and charter school classroom teachers, guidance counselors, social workers, psychologist, librarians, principals, and assistant principals, to be distributed any time before June 2014.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Hillsborough County Public Schools portion of the $480,000,000 State allocation is $35,481,592.
