| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A Letter of Intent for a utility easement was issued to Tampa Electric Company (TECO) for ingress/egress for improvements to the electrical power service at Chiaramonte Elementary School. TECO completed the installation of the underground primary feeder to the transformer that serves the campus. This easement contains the legal description of the location of the lines and equipment and will be recorded with the Hillsborough County Clerk's Office. |
