| Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for Hillsborough Principal Pipeline Enhancements (Information and Technology Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This Statement of Work is for professional and technical services needed for continued development of the Leader Tracking System for the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline.
During Phase II we will continue the build-out of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to include comprehensive information on school leaders. Two major reports will be completed: a Leader Profile Report and Leader Dashboard. Also included in this project will be the completion of an automated data extract and transmission to the Wallace Foundation, annually beginning on January 15, 2014, which will be used for research purposes. A detailed Statement of Work document is attached. The same terms and conditions currently in place with the Convergence Consulting Group Master Services Agreement apply. |

| This agreement represents $300,000 of consulting services from CCG. Funding for the services specified in the Statement of Work is from the New Teacher Center Grant. CCG services are provided on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses. | |
| EVALUATION | |
| Administration, Business Process Improvement, Information Services, and Human Resources staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work. CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews. | |
