SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Reorganization of the Division of Instructional Support
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
It is proposed to add an additional coordinator to Psychological Services.  The workforce in the area of psychological services has grown tremendously over the period ranging from 159 psychologists in 2008/2009 to 236 (187 psychologists, 47 interns/externs, and 2 diagnosticians) in 2012/2013 with no additional support provided.  Additionally, responsibilities including psychological testing, RtI, behavioral support, and evaluations have continued to create the need for additional support.

The realignment of this division will also include a transfer of an Administrator on Special Assignment to the Division of Administration and the elimination of a secretarial position within our Guidance Services Department.
