Approve Disciplinary Action (Instructional Support)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the personnel listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective July 31, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

  • Ashley M. Ervin, ESE Attendant - Middleton High School:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested on June 29, 2013, charged with Aggravated Battery With A Deadly Weapon - a felony charge.
  • Rose M. Kormondy, Bus Driver - Transportation:  Termination of Employment.  Tested positive for amphetamines during annual physical.
  • Pablo Moreira, Custodian - District Expenditures:  Termination of Employment.  Non-compliant with mandatory fitness for duty referral.
