| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of selected roof areas at Tampa Bay Boulevard, Riverhills and Foster Elementary Schools, and Webb Middle School. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected C. B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and R.F. Lusa & Sons was awarded the contract for construction. |
