| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts will provide one-hour martial arts lessons once per week during the Ed-Venture Program to a total of 72 students, 24 students at BT Washington, Just, and Potter Elementary Schools. Students will receive instruction in a variety of drills and techniques, including traditional forms and one-step. These lessons are designed to build self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership. Students will learn to follow instructions in the Korean language. | |

| EVALUATION | |
| Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts will be responsible for coordinating the administration of the pre and post surveys by teachers, entering data, and providing a final report to Ed-Venture. The report will include measures of student self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership. | |
