| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| Hillsborough County Public Schools has made great strides at documenting the competencies required of successful leaders, and aligning those competencies across all points in the pathway to becoming a principal in the district.
In an effort to continue to strengthen the district’s work, the district is now taking a close look at how it supports and develops Area Leadership Directors as they provide strategic and differentiated support to their principals. Cross & Joftus will support the professional development of Area Leadership Directors through hands-on training sessions, in the field coaching and modeling, and ongoing consultation through webinars and email communication. |
