Approve Disciplinary Action (Instructional Support)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the personnel listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective August 28, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

  • Tahita J. Gary, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery on Pregnant Female, a felony charge.
  • Mikol A. Mackey, Storekeeper 3 – Assessment & Accountability:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Possession Of Cannabis Less Than 20 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, misdemeanor charges.
  • Wayne S. Moore, Security Officer II – Security Services:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery on Pregnant Female, a felony charge.
