Approve the Administrative Appointment for General Manager of Employee Relations (Human Resources Division).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This position is available due to the pending retirement of Charles Raburn. 
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce • Align the performance management system with the district’s priorities • Provide for a district-wide succession planning structure and visible career ladder

There is no additional cost to the district – budgeted through General Fund.
