Recognition of students Akash Bhatia and Jessica Rosbach, King High School, Ervin Harris, Middleton High School, and Aubrey Burns, Tampa Preparatory School (Student Services and Federal Programs Division) |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY |
The School Board would like to recognize the very first Hillsborough County Local Government Management Internship Program. This program is introducing the county's best and brightest high school students to potential careers in local government administration. Their commitment to public service was demonstrated throughout the summer by their participation in community outreach activities and dedication to better serve our "citizen-customers." Through hard work and determination, these students not only successfully completed the program in its inaugural year, but they also shaped a legacy for future participants. |
