Approve Disciplinary Action (Instructional Support)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective September 24, 2013.  The employee is entitled to due process, which affords him the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

  • Dewey D. Norris, A/C Refrigeration Mechanic 2 - A/C-Energy Management:  Termination of Employment.  Arrested and charged with four counts Video Voyeurism Of A Child Under Age 16, 49 counts Video Voyeurism Of A Child Over Age 16 and one count Destroying Evidence, all felony charges.  On August 19, 2013, Mr. Norris was adjudicated guilty on four of the felony charges.
