Approve Conveyance of Real Property from the School Board of Hillsborough County to Calusa Trace Master Association, Inc. at Schwarzkopf Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
School District staff and Calusa Trace Homeowners Association (the HOA) have been working to complete outstanding items contained in the original agreement between the developer and the School Board regarding the land dedication and sale for the Schwarzkopf Elementary School campus. Paragraph 5 of the agreement states the developer include the school's drainage into on-site retention lakes as part of the overall master drainage system and provide maintenance. The HOA will now be taking ownership of this area to perform the required maintenance. The School District has installed proper fencing along the School's updated boundary and will retain easements along Calusa Trace Boulevard for ingress/egress for sanitary sewer maintenance and underground utilities associated with the school site. |
