Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective October 23, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

• Denise A. Alday, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay for One Day.  Dropped off a kindergarten student from Deer Park Elementary School at his bus stop without a parent or guardian present.
• Elizabeth Harris, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay for One Day.  Dropped off a kindergarten student from Potter Elementary School at her bus stop without a parent or guardian present.
• Shantel D. McPherson, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay for One Day.  Dropped off a kindergarten student from Hunter’s Green Elementary School at her bus stop without a parent or guardian present.
