In addition to the conversion of the old job description to the new Hillsborough County Schools standard format, changes have been made in education and physical demands for the Transportation Field Operations Supervisor. (Job descriptions are attached)

Specifically, on the revised job description the education requirement includes an allowance for transportation experience as a substitute for the bachelor's education requirement on a basis of two years experience for each year of the educational requirement.  The physical demands include additional physical activities, lifting demands, reaching activities and environmental conditions. 

No additional financial impact.  There will be no change in the salary of the Transportation Field Operations Supervisor due to revised job description.
