| Recognition of the Sherrie Mueller Endowed Scholarship (Guidance Services-Instructional Support Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| Every year, Ms. Sherrie Mueller, College and Career Counselor, coordinates a Scholarship Award’s Night and invites business and community organizations to sponsor scholarships for her Plant City High School students. In addition, every year, Ms. Mueller highlights an alumnus from Plant City High School by inviting him/her as a guest speaker, and that is how she met Mr. John Germany.
The Sherrie Mueller Endowed Scholarship by Mr. John Germany Mr. John Germany’s commitment to the community continues by way of a scholarship fund. Mr. Germany is providing a lump sum of $200,000 to University of Tampa. The earnings on the amount will be awarded each year making it a perpetual scholarship. The scholarship can be awarded to two Plant City High School students per year to attend the University of Tampa. We are proud to recognize Ms. Sherrie Mueller and Mr. John Germany for their commitment and dedication in making students’ postsecondary dreams a reality. |
