Approve Renewal Agreements with Officials Organizations for Athletic Contests, 2013/2014 (Instructional Support Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We request approval of the negotiated renewal agreements with the following organizations:

  • West Coast Umpires Association to provide baseball officials for scheduled high school contests - $29,235
  • Hillsborough County Umpires Association, LLC to provide softball officials for scheduled high school contests - $31,850
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate best financial practices • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Total funds of $61,085 are included in the Division of Instructional Support Athletics Department budget.
