| Accept the Proposal from Ospro Systems, LLC - Request for Proposal (RFP) #13087-DST Web Redesign (Business Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On September 24, 2013, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Communications Department, issued an RFP for qualified firms to provide web redesign services for the district’s main website. Two firms responded and their proposals were evaluated by a committee of district and community stakeholders. After review and discussion of the proposals, and presentations by the vendors, the committee recommended awarding to the top-ranked firm, Ospro Systems, LLC.
This project will enable the district to provide continuity within the website, update design and user protocols, and allow further enhancements that can be made by district personnel without future outsourcing. The initial term of this contract shall be until completion, and the expected time frame is 26 weeks from the start of the project. |

| EVALUATION | |
| Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration Team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
