EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On October 26, 2010, the Board approved the issuance of approximately $37,935,000 of Qualified School Construction Bonds (QSCBs) for renovation of roofs and heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at various District sites. The QSCBs provided for acceleration of roof and HVAC renovations previously scheduled in the District Facilities Five Year Work Program, including renovation of the HVAC system at Twin Lakes Elementary School. (The allocation of QSCB funded projects to phases is indicated in an attachment.) |

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Qualified School Construction Bonds. The District will seek reimbursement from the design professional in the amount of $39,000.00 for costs associated with design deficiencies. |
