EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Hill and Knowlton Strategies has worked with Hillsborough County Public Schools on Hillsborough Principal Pipeline (HPP) initiatives for the past two years. They have supported the alignment between the pipeline and two other major district initiatives through the creation of talking points, Power Points, newsletter templates, logo designs, and other communication tools highlighting the purpose and outcomes of these initiatives.
As we move into year three of the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline, we plan to continue communication efforts with both internal and external audiences through outreach and engagement, digital communication, and the creation of print materials highlighting leadership development programs. HK Strategies will work with HPP staff to develop presentations, program brochures, and videos that highlight HPP programs. They will also support efforts to enhance digital communications through the HPP website and use of social media. |
