Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation (Buildings 6 and 7) at Tinker Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for the renovation of the HVAC system serving buildings 6 and 7 at Tinker Elementary School. District staff selected Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provided for replacement of the HVAC systems serving the two buildings and also included new ceilings and lights. On May 21, 2013, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Kenyon & Partners, Inc. The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
