Approve the Revised Tentative 2013-2014 School Board Meeting Schedule
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The board adopted a tentative 2013-2014 meeting calendar at the September 24, 2014 2013, school board meeting.  After review and discussion at the “Way of Work” workshop held on January 29 28, 2014, it was decided to have a uniform starting time.  At the February 11, 2014, school board meeting the board approved to revise the start time to 3 p.m. with exceptions of recognition meetings which will remain at 5:30 p.m. and any meeting required by statute to begin at time certain.  The new start time will begin with the March 18, 2014, meeting.

The Board may add, cancel, change sites, and/or times of meetings.  The meeting schedule is an essential planning tool when scheduling events involving board members and planning district activities.  In the event there are changes to the approved tentative calendar, it will be noticed to the public in conformance to the law.
