EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) has launched its "Use a Small Business" school campaign. The campaign has targeted school secretaries and bookkeepers as "campaign captains" in three categories, elementary schools and career centers, middle schools and high schools. The grand prize in each category is a weekend package for two donated by area hotels in support of small business use by the District. The campaign began at the beginning of the third grading period, January 21. The OSD will be highlighting Newsome High School, Burns Middle School and Essrig Elementary School as early representatives of the campaign's impact. |
