| Recognition of Finalists and Winners of the 2013/2014 Hillsborough County 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest (Curriculum and Instruction Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On February 17, 2014, 16 district 4th and 5th grade students competed in the 2013/2014 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest district finals. Six elementary students were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place; two students received honorable mention; and eight students were finalists. There were approximately 10,000 4th and 5th grade students from 102 elementary schools who competed in school level competitions.
