Approve Design Development for Lamb Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Lamb Elementary School will be built within the Magnolia Park Subdivision on property owned by the School Board adjacent to Progress Village Middle Magnet School to support recent and future growth impacting Ippolito and Frost Elementary Schools. The school is being designed to achieve Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification, and will open in August 2015 for the 2015-2016 school year. Approval of design development as illustrated in the attachment will allow the design professional to proceed with construction documents. |
