Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Roof Replacement and Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment Replacement at Manhattan Center | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for roof and HVAC equipment replacement at Manhattan Center. Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto and Sons, Inc. were selected by District staff from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services for the project. The scope of work includes the replacement of roofs and adjacent canopies on nine buildings, including replacement of damaged wood decking, gutters, and accessories. Seventeen roof-top air conditioning units will also be replaced. |
