A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of doors and door hardware at Dowdell Middle School and Forest Hills Elementary School.  District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. to provide design services.  On May 21, 2013, the Board awarded the contract for construction to New Vista Builders Group, LLC.

The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay:  Local Millage.
