EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for minor renovation of selected spaces at Chamberlain High, Dowdell Middle, and Alexander Elementary Schools. District staff selected Carruthers & Associates-Architects, P.A. and RW Tymewell, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes renovation of science lab and chemical storage space at Chamberlain High; administration, general science and science lab spaces at Dowdell Middle; and restrooms at Alexander Elementary. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. |
