School Leaders Network will oversee all start up and operations execution required for this program, which includes facilitating a total of six school leader networks in HCPS.  These networks will serve thirty existing practicing principals from our Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) IV schools and two to four members of their instructional leadership teams so they can accelerate their leadership skills and implement transformational change in their schools.  The ten monthly network sessions will focus on student outcome strategies and practices that lead to increased student achievement.  School Leaders Network will meet ongoing throughout the next year with staff from HCPS to ensure progress towards goals and programmatic implementation, as well as to train current principals to take over the facilitation of the district's networks.
