Approve Water Easement for Ingress/Egress to the City of Tampa for a Fire Line at Mort Elementary School |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On April 29, 2014, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved the donation of water facilities for a fire line to the City of Tampa at Mort Elementary School as part of the school's HVAC update. The equipment for the fire line is being located on School Board property and the City of Tampa has requested permission for ingress/egress onto the school's campus to maintain and operate the fire line and associated equipment. The easement area is situated at the school's southern boundary and is approximately 300 square feet. Approval of the attached Water Easement to the City of Tampa will allow them to enter on School Board property to operate and maintain these facilities. |
