A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the HVAC cooling plants serving Memorial Middle School.  District staff selected RHC and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services.  The scope of work provided a new central cooling plant to replace separate obsolete cooling plants serving different buildings.  The new plant also provides chilled water to the Hillsborough High School field house, immediately adjacent to Memorial Middle School.

The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay:  Local Millage.
