Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with NEPS, LLC. to Upgrade Net30™ Software (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The district uses NEPS Net30™ software (NEPS), including merge and transformation tools, which are used to create purchase orders, accounts payable checks, remits, 1099 tax forms as well as a series of new employee packets.
This Agreement for Technical Services is necessary to migrate and upgrade the existing Net30™ applications to the most current versions. The new Net30™ platform features a more user-friendly design tool, complete with enhanced features, as well as support for the latest operating systems. The upgrade positions the district on a sustainable platform. NEPS will install the software, convert the existing templates, update configuration files and process scripts as described in the attached Statement of Work. NEPS will also provide a system administrator training session to give district staff a degree of support autonomy. |
