A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for an HVAC system renovation and window replacement at Temple Terrace Elementary School.  District staff selected Ossi Consulting Engineers, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services.  The scope of work provided for replacement of the HVAC system serving the classroom buildings.  The project also included replacement of ceilings, lights and windows, and renovation of the electrical service at the site.

The design professional has certified that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This project was included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
