EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Flippen Group, LLC helps K-12 schools become champions by thriving to succeed. They share a mutual commitment of growing administrators and teachers for students’ achievement. The Flippen Group, LLC focuses on teaching, fostering, and supporting specific skills, behaviors, relationships, and processes that clear the way for building high-performing teams.
The Flippen Group, LLC: Leadership Blueprint Training is a professional leadership training that helps schools cultivate true leadership potential at all levels to improve relational capacities. In this two-day learning experience, administrators quickly discover that relationships are the core of performance, and trust and respect are essential in any school seeking to grow and improve students’ achievement. At the Leadership Blueprint Training, leaders learn and practice specific skills that make clear, candid communication possible. |

EVALUATION | |
The efficacy of the Flippen Group, LLC: Leadership Blueprint Training will be evaluated through three sources. At the conclusion of the 2014/2015 school year, Advanced Academics will evaluate the following results from participating schools: The EXCEL Model™ being utilized with fidelity, schools’ discipline records, and a climate survey. These three sources will provide a comprehensive evaluation and value received from the Flippen Group, LLC for this professional development opportunity. | |
