Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System and for the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This statement of work is for professional and technical services needed for continued development and enhancement of the district’s Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (TEDMS) and the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System (EDWRS) that includes the Classroom-level and School-level analytics for teachers and principals. This statement of work project includes performing the current-state and future-state analysis and developing a comprehensive migration strategy to migrate the TEDMS into the EDWRS; ensuring alignment with the strategic vision for empowering effective teachers. It also includes the conversion of the teacher evaluation analytic reports to Cognos for integration into the analytics dashboards for teachers and principals.
A detailed statement of work document is attached. The terms and conditions currently in place with the Convergence Consulting Group Master Services Agreement apply. |

This agreement represents $500,000 of consulting services by CCG. Funding for the services specified in the statement of work is from the Teacher Incentive Fund Grant. CCG services are provided on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses. | |
EVALUATION | |
Assessment and Performance Management and Information Technology staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work. CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews. | |
