(TFHC), Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc., and MORE HEALTH, Inc., School Based Sealant and Fluoride Program | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The DOH, TFHC, and Suncoast Community Centers, Inc. will provide oral health screening and placement of dental sealant and/or fluoride varnish prevention services, in addition to MORE HEALTH, Inc., providing sealant dental education to; Headstart, second and third grade students attending Bryan Plant City, Cork, Dover, Gibsonton, Lockhart, Mort, Potter, Reddick, Ruskin, Shaw, Sheehy, Sulphur Springs, Trapnell, West Tampa, Wimauma, and Witter Elementary schools beginning September 12, 2014.
It is the practice of the DOH to sign all documents after School Board approval. |
