Approve License Agreement Between the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County at Kenly Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) has requested permission from the School Board of Hillsborough County to temporarily locate air quality monitoring equipment on the campus of Kenly Elementary School. EPC's placement of the equipment is for a regulatory sampler for the purpose of collecting lead and particulate data in ambient air. The term of the License Agreement would commence on September 1, 2014 and terminate on August 31, 2015 with an option for an additional twelve (12) month period. The EPC will be responsible for all utilities necessary for electrical power and after termination, will remove all equipment and utilities and return the area to the same condition prior to their use. |
