Approve the Annual Expenditures with Education Logistics Inc. (EDULOG) for Unlimited Map Maintenance and Software Licenses for the Transportation Department (Facilities Division) |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Transportation Department utilizes the EDULOG System for defining routing and bus stops with Geocode Map. Map information is critical to the accuracy of these bus routes and stops. The EDULOG licenses include routing and planning, field trip management, and web query software. This expenditure provides the continued use of licenses and updates our current map information. EDULOG is the sole owner of the proprietary transportation licenses and mapping software. This expenditure may be renewed by the Superintendent, per the terms of the specifications. |

The annual maintenance for the Geocode map and transportation software licenses is $50,747. These expenses will be funded by the Information Technology budget. |
