| Approve Addendum 2 of the Contract from Cayen Systems for Cayen Afterschool 201 Perpetual Licenses to be Utilized by Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Out-of-School Time (HOST) Program (Academic Support and Federal Programs Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On June 14, 2011, the Board approved the contract from Cayen “Afterschool 201” software (A 5.40) and on February 5, 2013, the Board approved Addendum 1 to approve the purchase of perpetual licenses (A 5.03).
Included in this 2014/2015 annual maintenance and support contract are the specific customizations needed to enhance the payment, enrollment, and reporting features currently in place. Each customization has been requested based on three years of user feedback with a specific focus on increased efficiency. The online payment feature was made available for parents during the 2014 summer program and is now available for all families for the 2014/2015 school year. |
