The American School Counselor Association, Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) Awarded to Nelson Elementary School (Student Services Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The American School Counselor Association established the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) designation in 2003 to promote exemplary school counseling programs. This designation is awarded to schools that are committed to delivering a comprehensive data-driven counseling program that aligns with the criteria set in the ASCA National Model.
To date, 545 schools across the country have received RAMP recognition, including 14 schools in the State of Florida. Nelson Elementary is the second Hillsborough County Public School to receive RAMP recognition. This recognition was previously awarded to Ippolitio Elementary in 2011. |
