Public Hearing to Approve the Adoption of New Policy #6146 as Advertised in August  2014
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On August 12, 2014, the School Board approved the proper advertisement of new policy # 6146 “Derivative Debt Management Policy.”  Advertising of this policy, as required by law, was published in the Florida Sentinel Bulletin, La Gaceta, Tampa Bay Times, and the Tampa Tribune and were available for comment.  After completion of the advertisement period set forth by state statute, the Superintendent recommends approval to adopt this policy.

There is no financial impact to the district other than the cost of printing and advertising as required by law.
