| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| To meet the needs of our public regarding financial information and transparency, we are showcasing our "online" check book. Verna Hurley-Long has provided two documents that are "view only" on the district's website.
These reports will be released monthly. Our first report is titled, "Accounts Payable Monthly Check Report." The report will be run at the close of every month and then posted on the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) website under the Business Division, Accounts Payable Department. This details the money paid in the month of July via checks, direct deposit, E-payables, and wire transfers. Our second set of reports details, on bar charts, the amount expended by utility type for the last five years and current year spend. |
