EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Florida Statute 1002.33(9)(n)1 states, "The director and a representative of the governing board of a charter school that has earned a grade of "D" or "F" pursuant to s. 1008.34(2) shall appear before the sponsor to present information concerning each contract component having noted deficiencies ..."
Florida Statute 1002.33(9)(n)2a states, "If a charter school earns ... two consecutive grades of "D" followed by a grade of "F", ... the charter school governing board shall choose one of the following corrective actions ..." The following charter schools will be presenting due to their school grade:

The cost to the district will be covered by the 5% administrative fee received by each charter school for the support the district staff provides for School Improvement Plan submission as well as monitoring the school's progress throughout the 2014/2015 school year. | |
