Approve Appointment of the Construction Manager for Classroom Addition at Lennard High School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A 20-classroom addition is proposed for Lennard High School to alleviate overcrowding at East Bay High School and assist in accommodating growth impacting Riverview and Lennard High Schools. The addition will open in August 2015 for the 2015-2016 school year. On April 29, 2014, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects, Inc., the designer of record for Lennard High School, to provide the needed design services. Appointment of a qualified construction manager for the project is required. |
