Approve Disciplinary Action - Instructional Support (Revised)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective October 29, 2014.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

  • Kevin A. Artz, Special Equipment Operator 1, Sites and Utilities:  Termination of Employment.  Inappropriate behavior/threatening comments to co-worker.
  • Deandre J. Kemp, Bus Driver, Transportation:  Termination of Employment.  Positive drug test results, post-accident.
