| Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with On Target Consulting, LLC at Giunta Middle School (Academic Support and Federal Programs Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On Target Consulting, LLC will provide targeted teachers and student support focused on improving the school and community learning environment. The objective will be to increase cultural awareness, sensitivity of caring adults based on individual student needs, as well as achievement of the following goals:

| • Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates | |
| FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
| $31,475 will be paid during 2014/2015 using Title I Part A funds. | |
| EVALUATION | |
| The program will be evaluated in its entirety to include the implementation of adult and student mentoring, the impact of community engagement, the correlation impact on student academic progress, behavioral change, and the overall school environment. Comparative data from the previous year in the areas of benchmark, attendance, and discipline infractions will be specifically evaluated. | |
